Chill Zone

Youth with low academic scores and unstable home environments often struggle with anger management, and are likely to bully others or be bullied themselves. They do not learn to properly handle their emotions, and are at risk of using crime and violence as an outlet for their anger and frustration.

The Chill Zone teaches life skills to youth, helping them address and understand their feelings,  and encouraging them to make more effective behavioural choices.  It focuses on teaching anger management skills and helping youth develop strategies against bullying.

The Chill Zone reaches 500 youth annually.
