Core pillars

At the Trevor Williams Kids Foundation, everything we do is built on four core pillars that shape the lives of the young people we serve. These pillars guide our programs, our values, and our vision for the next generation.

ATHLETICS

Sports are at the heart of what we do

At the Trevor Williams Kids Foundation, sports are more than just play, they are a powerful way to grow. Through basketball and our other programs, kids learn teamwork, discipline and the confidence to push past challenges. We use sports to bring kids from all backgrounds together, where they learn from each other, build friendships and discover the value of respect and collaboration. Every practice is a chance to stay active, grow stronger and gain the tools to shine on and off the court.

COMMUNITY

Each one, Teach One

At the Trevor Williams Kids Foundation, we believe in the power of passing it forward. “Each one, Teach one” is more than a saying, it is the way we build stronger kids and stronger communities. When a young person learns a new skill, gains confidence, or discovers a lesson through sports, school, or life, they are encouraged to share it with someone else.

Many of our campers return as counsellors, continuing the cycle of learning and leadership. They take what they have gained and pour it back into the next generation, showing that growth does not stop with one person, it multiplies. At the Trevor Williams Kids Foundation, we know that when each child teaches another, the whole community rises together.
